“Teams had been always, Teams are always & Teams will be always, we just need to build the teams,” said Dr. Manju Punia Chopra, who is a veteran in conducting such activities in institutes and the corporates. The MDP was organized for the Spartans batch of ISMR B-School. The day was fun filled with various team management games. The Spartans were divided into various groups of five members each and had to perform all the activities in teams.

All the activities were full of twists, turns and surprises beyond the imagination of the students. The Spartans emerged with a lot of confidence & trust amongst each other as team members after the event.

Such MDP’s enables the students to enhance their personal, interpersonal and group effectiveness. ISMR B-Schoolains build effective relationships and understood the importance of working together in teams through this program. All the teams emerged as good team players, but exceptional team building, team enhancing and team trust was shown by team ‘The Sterlings’ consisting of Vishal Varun, Diyani Mehta, Rishikesh Rao, Shobhit Pattrick Cyrill and Poonam Biyani.
